Membership at Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club affords you with many boating privileges and social opportunities. MBYC is a participatory yacht club, meaning that all members are active in the functioning of the club; including business, work, social and recreational affairs. Members enjoy club moorage, both permanent and seasonal, as well as numerous social functions throughout the year. Boating activities include organized cruises, power and sail regattas, outstations for member's use, and reciprocal facilities with other yacht clubs. The best reason to join MBYC is the people. MBYC is small enough that you can learn just about everyone’s name. Because we work together, we really get to know one another. It’s big enough that you can find people good friends and run into people wherever you go. For additional information about our facilities, operations, and social activities please see the FAQ Section.
A Regular Membership in MBYC entitles the member, his/her spouse together with the member's children under the age of twenty-one, to enjoy the privileges of the club. To join, an applicant is required to have two sponsors that are current members at MBYC. If you don’t have a sponsor, you can arrange for an interview with the Vice Commodore and the Membership Committee.
If you have an interest in becoming a member of MBYC, or if you want more information, please contact Vice Commodore Bill Herman at firstname.lastname@example.org,
